This position is responsible for managing branded B2C business within the retail, digital and out-of-home channels of distribution to maximize long-term sales and profits. In addition to managing the product portfolio, the position will be responsible for overall brand communication across all social media platforms.


  • Assist in the development of the B2C long-term marketing strategy in accordance to the overall company strategy
  • Develop and implement all marketing objectives, strategies, tactics, and budget for B2C on an on-going basis for new and existing products and business models
  • Manage key Ecommerce initiatives
  • Develop and manage innovation process and spearhead new product/business model initiatives
  • P&L responsibility
  • Assist in the development/refinement of the company’s branded digital strategy
  • Manage all social media platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube and Twitter
  • Supply necessary analyses to determine effectiveness of programs and provide recommendations for necessary adjustments to plans for Total US and individual markets/accounts
  • Work closely with the company’s Sales department; enabling them to meet their budgets by providing them with proper tools, materials and presentation support
  • Identify new business opportunities including potential customers and new channels
  • Provide continuous analysis of competitive environment and consumer trends


  • MBA, plus 7-10+ years of CPG B2C (business to consumer) marketing experience
  • Coffee/beverage experience preferred
  • Experience in wide range of trade channels, Grocery experience a plus, Ecommerce experience preferred
  • Digital marketing & social media, experience in all Social Media platforms
  • Successful track record in launching new products
