PERRY ★ iSearch Partners Inc. is fully licensed (and bonded), privately held, employment agency. Our office is located in Marlton, New Jersey, and registered as a New Jersey S-Corporation. We are one of the longest running firms in the region. The original company (David Perry Associates Corp.) was originally established in 1972, as a national executive search firm. In 1986, a local staffing division was created (Perry Temps Inc. DBA Perry Resources). PERRY ★ iSearch Partners Inc. purchased the assets of David Perry Associates Corp. (1/22/20) and Perry Temps Inc. (12/30/18).
PERRY ★ iSearch Partners Inc. now serves client companies in both the private and public sectors and job seekers at all levels. We offer direct-hire (executive search and professional level) as well as flexible staffing options (temporary/contract and interim professional). We are proud to be 100% women owned and certified by the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC), as a woman-owned enterprise and a Women Owned Small Business (WOSB). We are also an active member the Chamber of Commerce of Southern New Jersey, Tri-State Human Resource Association, TempNet, the New Jersey Staffing Association, and the Network of Executive Women.
Since the company was recently purchased, we are in the midst of rebranding. We chose to do this under the PERRY company brand, which has earned an outstanding reputation for almost 50 years. Under our new leadership, our mission is to become more people-centric. Transparency and accountability are critical as our industry is evolving with the future generations. First and foremost, people are our business, and we are committed to adopting a more holistic approach to this “people business”. The first step is recognizing that our industry is unique because we have two customers that are equally important. We intend on leading the way to positive changes in the Staffing & Recruitment Industry.
